The PEI PNP (Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program) immigration program is a provincial program to attract the most potential immigrants who meet the requirements of the local labor market and can contribute to the development of the local economy.
As part of this program, potential emigrants with the skills and experience required by the provinces can obtain a provincial certificate from the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nomination Certificate that will allow a foreign citizen to apply for permanent residence in Canada with accelerated processing time and successfully immigrate to Canada.
Prince Edward Island (OPE), which consists of the island itself and a number of adjacent islands, is the smallest province in Canada, belongs to the so-called coastal provinces. It is sometimes referred to as the “homeland of Canada”. because of the conference in Charlottetown, which led to the formation of the country. PEI PNP Express Entry Candidates who meet the criteria of the Skilled Worker federal program are suitable for the Express Entry system and are interested in living and working in the province of Prince Edward Island, can apply for PEI PNP Express Entry Stream. Suitable candidates can successfully immigrate to Canada for 6 months or less. PEI PNP does not guarantee that all profiles confirmed by the Express Entry system will be considered and accepted due to low quotas. Only applicants with professional skills and experience work that meet the needs of the province will be taken into account.
Lab Impact Category & # 8212; The province accepts applications for this category from individuals who have the skills and experience that the province’s labor market needs. This category is divided into the following two sub-categories:
Skilled Worker Stream & # 8212; This sub-category is designed for those that have been identified or hired by the local employer. Suitable candidates must work in a qualified profession and have relevant experience and at least 1 year, higher and professional education.
Critical Worker Stream & # 8212; This sub-category is intended for employees who are already employed by a provincial employer and whose employer wants to become its sponsor for permanent residence in Canada. Suitable applicants can work in semi-skilled or low-skilled occupations.
International Graduate Stream & # 8212; This category is intended for recent graduates authorized by the province of Prince Edward Island of universities and colleges that are already employed by the provincial employer. Appropriate applicants must work in the profession of their education.
Business Impact Category & # 8212; The province accepts applications for immigration to Canada under this category from individuals who wish to invest and actively develop business in the province of Prince Edward Island. This category is divided into three sub-categories:
100% Ownership Stream & # 8212; This sub-category is intended for individuals who have full ownership of the business in the province of Prince Edward Island, either by starting a new business or by purchasing an existing business in the province of Prince Edward Island.
Partial Ownership Stream & # 8212; This sub-category is for people who own at least 33.33% (a third of it) of business in the province of Prince Edward Island, or are willing to invest in an existing business or start-up.
Work Permit Stream & # 8212; This sub-category helps people who want to invest in the business of the OPE province to move to a work permit before receiving a provincial nomination.
